These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SaveTTok Media LLC ("SaveTTok", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at savettok.org and all related services, tools, and content we provide (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

SaveTTok is a web-based tool that allows users to download publicly posted TikTok videos in various formats for personal, offline use. The Service retrieves video content from publicly accessible TikTok URLs and delivers it to your device in the format you select: standard quality video, high-definition video, or MP3 audio extraction.

SaveTTok does not host, store, or maintain a library of TikTok videos. Content is retrieved on demand and streamed directly to your device. We retain no copy of the video after your download is complete.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is available only to individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:

  • Use the Service exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Download only content that has been publicly posted and to which you have lawful access
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders

You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

  • Download, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit videos without the authorisation of the copyright holder
  • Re-upload or republish downloaded content on any platform without the permission of the original creator
  • Use downloaded content in any commercial production, advertisement, or monetised project without appropriate licences
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable any security feature, rate limit, or access control
  • Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other automated means to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code into the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users

4. Intellectual Property

Your rights in downloaded content: Downloading a video through SaveTTok does not transfer any intellectual property rights in that video to you. All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in downloaded content remain with the original creator and/or rights holders. You are downloading a copy for your personal reference only.

Our intellectual property: The SaveTTok website, software, design, user interface, and all original content published on this website (including our guides, tutorials, and articles) are owned by SaveTTok Media LLC or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our original content without our written permission.

5. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You may not register with a false identity, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or transfer your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to other users, rights holders, or the integrity of the Service.

6. Subscription and Payments

SaveTTok offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The free tier is subject to a daily download limit as set by us and subject to change. The Pro tier provides unlimited downloads and removal of advertising.

Pro subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your PayPal account for the applicable subscription fee. All prices are in US Dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for unused periods.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every video link submitted will be processed successfully. The availability and quality of downloaded content depends on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaveTTok Media LLC disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. See our full Disclaimer for complete details.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services linked from our website is governed by the terms of those third parties.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or other irreparable harm.
